Meeting the second Tuesday of each month, CVMC’s Stroke Support Group offers education and resources to stroke survivors, their families and caregivers, and provides an opportunity to support each other in striving to rebuild lives while promoting health, independence and well-being.  This group meets in the CVMC Outpatient Rehabilitation Center.  For more information call 828/326-3996
